4/25/20:
I tried to reach this source’s origin to find the supposed PDFs for the 2 above.
I pasted https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/CDPH Document Library/COVID-19/
(I could not access. It asked for USER ID and PASSWORD.)
I then tried to locate it through Google, searching California Department of Public Health Document Library.
CDPH’s website pops up, and in its “description,” it shows
Expand CDPH Document Library. I looked at different sections, and could not find the document library, but it should exist.
